New mindfulness and compassion trainings start regularly in Amsterdam, in Zeeburg and in De Pijp. The courses are set in a relaxed and comfortable environment, in small groups with lots of personal attention. Mindfulness training start
Sunday afternoon November 29 in Zeeburg & online
Each training takes place in a spacious studio, with respect for the current corona measurements. It is also possible to follow these sessions online so you don"t have to miss anything when you are on holidays. Research shows that online mindfulness can be as effective as regular group training. Also the reactions of participants in the last groups where very positive.
